All orders are processed within 2-4 buisness days. During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What kind of wax do you use?
All Krissy's Candle Co. candles are made with premium parasoy wax, which provides a cleaner and longer burn.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on candle size, but most candles burn approximately 40-60 hours.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and fragrance performance.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
